Why Calcium Matters

Calcium keeps bones and teeth dense and strong. Children need an extra calcium boost. Kids 9-18 should get 4 servings daily. We lose calcium constantly so it needs to be replaced. Calcium deficiency can equal periodontal disease. Great sources of calcium include dairy, salmon, sardines and broccoli.
