DDID_3 weird uses for mouthwash

We’re big fans of mouthwash.

When combined with a thorough brushing and flossing routine, mouthwash is a supplemental way to fight cavities and bad breath. But mouthwash is more than a pearly white protector!

Here’s a list of 3 unique uses for this minty fresh rinse:

1. Deodorant

Run out of Old Spice? Stay smelling fresh by dabbing a little bit of mouthwash under your arms. The antiseptic in mouthwash eliminates odor-causing bacteria, leaving your underarms fresh.

2. Dandruff Solution

Never be afraid to wear black again! After washing your hair with shampoo and conditioner, apply a 1:1 ratio of water and mouthwash to your scalp to prevent dandruff.

3. Tick Killer

If a tick latches onto you while venturing out on one of Idaho’s many great hikes, use mouthwash! After proper removal of the tick, dunk the pesky bug into the minty stuff, as the antiseptic should kill it instantly.

Do you know of any other peculiar uses? Let us know in the comments!
